These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the b955 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and b955 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b955 website located at https://b955.cam and all associated services, tools, content and functionality provided thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing any content, placing a wager or otherwise using the b955 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close any account you have registered. b955 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Important — Pakistan Legal Context: Pakistan restricts gambling activities under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. b955 does not claim that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their province and jurisdiction. This document is not legal advice. In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the b955 Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account or participate in any gambling or wagering activity. Being 18 years of age does not of itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you before registering. b955 does not represent that its services are available to, or appropriate for, users in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where such services are restricted.
3.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. b955 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration information at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a valid CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify b955 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. b955 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Persons who are self-excluded, temporarily suspended or permanently banned from the Platform are ineligible to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
4.1 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, assigned or pledged to any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 Financial Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You accept full responsibility for all transactions made from your Account, including any wagers placed during periods when you allege you were unaware of your Account activity. b955 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to monitor Account activity.
4.3 Accurate Information Maintenance. Should any of your registration details change — including your contact information, residential address or payment method details — you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account restriction.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. b955 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy, provided that applicable law permits such fees. Users will be notified before any fee is applied where operationally possible.
5.1 Available Methods. Deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Availability may vary by user location, account status and operator policy. References to familiar Pakistani digital payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. b955 does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify whether their chosen payment provider permits gambling-related transactions under that provider's own terms.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Depositing below the stated minimum may result in funds not being credited and in a processing fee being applied.
5.3 Currency. Where PKR is offered as a transaction currency, all account balances, wagers and payouts will be displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees. Where PKR is not directly supported, applicable exchange rates and conversion fees will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.
5.4 Deposit Verification. b955 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method, including documentary evidence of ownership, before processing a withdrawal. Deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name will not be accepted and may be returned less any applicable processing costs.
5.5 No Guarantee of Method Availability. b955 makes no warranty that any specific payment method will remain continuously available. Payment method availability is subject to third-party provider terms, regulatory requirements and operational decisions at the operator's discretion.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. b955 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point, including during a withdrawal request. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. b955 reserves the right to require use of a specific withdrawal method for compliance or anti-money-laundering reasons.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the operator's internal review schedule. b955 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Users should confirm expected timelines with customer support at the time of request.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Any withdrawal request submitted before completion of Wagering Requirements may result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, b955 may withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending verification of the source of funds or other required checks. Such delays do not constitute a refusal to pay and will be resolved as quickly as operationally possible.

7.1 Offer-Specific Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, contribution percentages and time limits will be specified in the relevant offer terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. These are illustrative figures only.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet restriction applies. Placing a bet in excess of the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, regardless of the bet outcome.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the offer. Unused Bonus Funds and unmet Wagering Requirements are forfeited upon expiry. b955 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. b955 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or reclaim any bonus, free bet or promotional credit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user or group of users is exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage activity or use of automated betting tools will result in immediate account suspension.
7.6 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per user, per household, per device and per IP address.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by b955. The Platform reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from the Platform.
8.2 Odds Formats. Odds are displayed in decimal and/or fractional formats as configured by the user. The displayed odds represent the gross return including the original stake. b955 endeavours to maintain accurate odds but does not warrant that displayed odds are free of error at all times.
8.3 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous as a result of a technical or human error ("manifest error"), b955 reserves the right to void such bets. Users will be notified of any voiding and their stake returned. The determination of what constitutes a manifest error rests with b955.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to allow for odds recalculation. Bets placed during periods of suspended markets will not be accepted. b955 is not liable for any bet outcome arising from delays attributable to the user's internet connection or device performance.
8.5 Cricket & Sports Context. b955 offers betting markets on cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports. Market availability is subject to change. The inclusion of any sport or event does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by the relevant governing body, league or team.
8.6 Insufficient Funds. Bets will not be placed if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to maintain adequate funds. b955 will not extend credit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b955 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all Account balances, without compensation:
b955 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities, without prior notice to the user concerned.

10.2 Available Controls. The following controls are available to registered users and may be set or adjusted at any time through Account settings or by contacting customer support:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be processed promptly upon receipt. Once active, a self-exclusion prevents Account login for the duration specified. Self-exclusion periods of six months or longer require a cooling-off period before reinstatement may be considered. b955 will not reinstate self-excluded accounts early.
10.4 Underage Access Prevention. b955 takes its obligations regarding underage access seriously. Any Account found to be held by a person under the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited, subject to applicable law.
10.5 Gambling is Not a Financial Strategy. Gambling involves risk and is not a reliable method of generating income. No representation is made that gambling will result in net financial gain. Users should not gamble with funds required for essential living expenses.
11.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the b955 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, branding, software, text, graphics, data compilations and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to b955. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
11.2 Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, b955 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
11.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from b955.
12.1 Service Availability. b955 endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b955 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions or downtime.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b955 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill.
12.3 Gambling Losses. b955 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through the Platform. All bets are placed at the User's sole risk. No representation is made that any betting strategy, system or information provided on the Platform will result in profitable outcomes.
12.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may utilise third-party payment processors, game providers and other service partners. b955 is not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of such third parties where they are beyond b955's reasonable control.
12.5 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, b955's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Where a bonus is active at the time of closure request, the applicable offer terms will govern the treatment of any associated Bonus Funds.
13.2 Platform-Initiated Action. b955 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; (d) regulatory or legal obligation; or (e) any other reason at b955's reasonable discretion.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of your Account for reasons not attributable to your breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be refunded to you via the most recent qualifying payment method within a reasonable time. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, b955 reserves the right to forfeit balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b955 is licensed to operate online gambling services. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available on request through the support contact below.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact b955's customer support to attempt informal resolution. If resolution cannot be achieved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, as elected by b955.
14.3 Pakistani Users. Pakistan restricts gambling under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. b955 does not represent that its services are permitted for users in Pakistan. This clause is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

15.1 Right to Amend. b955 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
15.2 Notice of Material Changes. For material changes to these Terms that affect user rights or obligations, b955 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via an in-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current.
15.3 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and request account closure.
